Top Dressage Finland organises training sessions for all its groups both in Finland and abroad.

British Emile Faurie, who has represented his country at two Olympic Games, three World Equestrian Games and six European Championships, is the Top Dressage Finland team coach. Emile coaches in Finland 8-10 times a year, and selects the combinations for these training sessions out of the overall Top Dressage Finland group. Janne Bergh coaches 10-12 times a year together with Emile Faurie. Janne selects new riders to Top Dressage Finland, and she is also a member of the Top Dressage Finland Steering Committee. More information on Janne Bergh.

Mia Stellberg is the sport psychology coach for the Top Dressage Finland athletes. She is also a member of the Top Dressage Finland Steering Committee.

In addition, Top Dressage Finland organises 1-2 riders’ meetings for its members at which the current year’s programme, general competition schedule and rider availability are decided on.
